As a woman, a wife, a mother, a daughter, a sibling and a friend, I have learned and grown through each and every one of these roles. The most amazing and rewarding experiences of being a Life Coach are the lessons I have learned from my clients. When meeting someone for the first time, I notice their positive traits. As a coach it is very easy for me to see my client's gifts of strength, courage, compassion, creativity, etc. Many times they are so focused on what's not right in themselves and their lives they lose sight of what makes them unique. Through deep listening I find ways to mirror their positive aspects while creating opportunities to uncover inner blocks which may be holding them back. An so the journey begins........
